Someone called up for ambulance. I can't do anything at that time. I wanted to help, but I can't. I saw people opened the car's door to move the injured driver out from her vehicle. But wait! How can they just simply move casualty like this. If she suffered from bone fractures, this will just worsen the situation. Maybe they should just left her in vehicle and waited for the ambulance to arrive? I think this should be done by professionals or well-trained people. Seriously, I think first aid course should be conducted at school level as it is very useful and important.
Second, the ambulance of our government hospital are really LOW EFFICIENCY and SLOW. Its take roughly 25 minutes to arrive. HEY! 1 or 2 minutes already can kill, what to say 25 minutes? Plus, I noticed the ambulance is from another town (Kajang). This indicated that the whole Semenyih town don't have any government hospital. That's ridiculous! Oh well, who to blame? =D
I seriously think that changes should be done. The word "low efficiency" shouldn't be existed in healthcare agency. In order to help or rescue people, I need the knowledge. And, I hope I got the chance to go deeper in healthcare field.

JY!!!! I vote for you to become the next...... PRIME MINISTER! XD so make sure u go implement all those ideas u just suggested. one thing about accidents even like fire breakouts, the bomba arrived at the time when the building already become charcoal. -_-
haha! My parents are against me to go in politics field haha! btw, the actual problem is buildings like fire station and hospital are too less and somehow far from some places =X
In China, even you got the skills, it is advisable that you NOT go and help those who're injured by the road side.
WHY? Because car accident by the road side is a serious offence. You never know what the victim will tell the police about you (the helper).
Since most china Chinese is still struck by poverty, it is very common that the victim you helped take the chance to accuse you (the helper) and claim for money etc etc.

That does not come from me. It came from my China friends. If you go and help, the victim accused you for knocking them down, sued you for 2 Million RMB, then you gonna rethink twice or thrice. ;)
human conscience comes way before the stupid politics and law human made.
